Rebecca's First Amber Ale
American Amber Ale
This is a refinement of the recipe for the first beer that our founder Rebecca ever homebrewed and the first beer brewed at Iron Hand. It is a classic Amber Ale, brewed with Maris Otter and crystal malts and balanced with Magnum hops.
Wheatie McBeerface
American Wheat Ale
Joke name aside, a basic American wheat ale brewed with 2-row, wheat malt, and honey malt for a touch of sweetness. Lightly hopped and ready to go.
Marzen - Octoberfest
Marzen
Still celebrating a wedding from 1810! This Marzen, or March Beer is made with Munich and pilsner malts and balanced with German Tettnang land race hops. This special annual beer is released in September.
Pumpkin Poltregeist
American Barleywine with Fruit and Spices
It's all Hallow's Eve! With an Mid October release date, we created this extra dark and high gravity American Barleywine Ale in order to extract as much heat from the locally grown Ghost Peppers as possible. With hints of jack-o-lantern meat and pumpkin spice, this Halloween brew has enough heat to live up-to the poltergeist name, but subtle enough for you to to come back for seconds.

Alternative Grain Ale
Made with all certified gluten free ingredients! We use white sorghum and dark Belgian candy sugar. This beer is lightly hopped, to produce an easy drinking, dark, gluten reduced beer.
Ales for ALS
Cold Pale Ale
A donation of $1 for every pint sold will be given to ALS research. This Cold process Pale Ale is brewed using a special hop blend, created and donated by Yakima Chief Hops. This year's blend has five varieties, including Columbus, Talus and Citra.
Lost Ring Porter
English Porter
Our signature English Porter, named for a wedding ring lost while cultivating local hops. This Porter uses Maris Otter base malt with brown and pale chocolate malts and balanced with a mix of traditional East Kent Golding and locally grown hops.
Detonti's Yellow Fever Blonde Ale
Blonde Ale
In 1704 a Yellow Fever outbreak claimed our namesake Henri "Iron Hand" DeTonti. This brew honors a nearly forgotten Mobile, Alabama founding father. This approachable ale uses American barley with a touch of German hops, to giving dry medium bodied feel with a slight malty sweetness.
Pumpkin Blonde
Spiced Blonde Ale
Our award winning Pumpkin Blonde is made with Alabama grown pumpkin, along with the spices from Ben's pumpkin pie recipe, including cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves. This subtle fruit spiced beer is only available for the the fall season will be released on October 25, 2024.
One Hop Pale Ale / 10-4 Good Buddy
American Pale Ale
This is an ever changing entry. The grain bill remains constant with a touch of crystal, dextrin and rye malts. This edition was brewed specially for a wedding. It features Southern Star Hops from South Africa.

Czech Pilsner
A classic, with Pilsner malt and Saaz hops from the Czech Republic. Clean, light and refreshing.
Hop-Lah IPA

Do you ever have extra grain and hops just laying around with no plan? This was our plan. Made with an eclectic mix of grains, paired with a generous dose of Idaho 7 and Citra hops, we present a hazy IPA.
Paddlefish Pale Ale
American Pale Ale
An American Pale Ale brewed with 2-row and crystal malts. This ale features Idaho 7, Southern Star, and Equinox hops. Paddlefish PA was created at the request of the North American Sturgeon and Paddlefish Society (NASPS). It will be available exclusively in our taproom beginning on October 22, 2024.
